The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants met personally to promote the upcoming bout.
Ex two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest financial successes, consistently making massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters met for the usual face-off, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is really going ahead.
